Orders are usually processed and shipped (or ready for pickup) within 1 week of receiving order and approval of a proof.

Scan/Export as a .jpg, .png, .pdf, .tiff, or .psd using the below guideline:

8x10 - Scan at 200-300 dpi
5x7 - Scan at 400 dpi
4x6 - Scan at 500 dpi
2x3 - Scan at 800-1200 dpi

TIP: Pictures taken from Social Media or received via text are
compressed and will be at a lower quality. Try to get an original
and use email to share it electronically.

Important Payment Information:
Payment is not requested at the time of submittal.
Once portraits have been edited and proof approved (if requested), an invoice will be emailed with a payment link. Once payment is received, we will start production.
